Sophie Marchand

A sommelier for fifteen years, Sophie Marchand honed her palate in some of France's finest houses before joining La Table Méditerranéenne in 2015. Her philosophy: a wine isn't chosen — it's found, at the crossing point of a terroir, a vintage and a dish.

Her cellar favours independent winemakers and lesser-known appellations from Provence and the Var, without ever neglecting the great classics our guests love to rediscover.

"The best pairing is the one that makes the dish better and the wine greater."
Sophie Marchand, sommelier at La Table Méditerranéenne Saint-Tropez
